VibeCity sells made-to-order products. Product art, mockups, prices, availability, and shipping timelines can change as the catalog evolves. We try to keep product pages accurate, but mistakes can happen; contact us before ordering if anything looks unclear.

Orders may be refused, cancelled, or corrected if they appear fraudulent, abusive, impossible to fulfill, or incorrectly priced. If we cancel before production, we will reverse or refund the charge where applicable.

You may not use the site for fraud, abuse, scraping, resale deception, rights infringement, or anything that interferes with normal store operation.

Returns and replacements are handled through our Returns & Issues policy.
