VibeCity items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, accidental orders, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible production issues are usually resolved with a replacement.
