Refund policy

All sales final

VibeCity products are made to order. Once an order is placed and production begins, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size or color selection, duplicate orders, shipping delays, taste changes, accidental purchases, or a change of mind.

Because each item is printed specifically for the order, returned items cannot be restocked or resold by us.

Limited issue window

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

When an eligible production or fulfillment issue is confirmed, we will try to resolve it with a replacement first. Refunds are available only when required by law, when a replacement is not possible, or when we choose to make an exception in writing.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or destroyed before we review the issue.

Shipping issues

Carrier delays are not refundable. If tracking says delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery location and contact the carrier first. Address mistakes entered at checkout are not refundable.
